The Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (Commencement No. 1) (Scotland) Order 2011
So far as extending to Scotland, this Order brings into force section 138 (application of construction contracts legislation) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (“the Act”) on the 24th June 2011.
