The Cycle Racing on Highways (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1996
The Cycle Racing on Highways (Scotland) Regulations 1960 (“the principal Regulations”) authorise the holding of races or trials of speed between bicycles or tricycles, not being motor cycles, on public highways subject to certain conditions.
