The Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No.18 and Transitional Provision) (Scotland) Order 1995
This Order brings into force on 30th August 1995 section 59 of and Schedule 11 to the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (simplified planning zones) which apply to Scotland.
