The Biodiversity Gain (Town and Country Planning) (Amendments and Transitional Provisions) (England) Regulations 2026
Part 2 of these Regulations amends Part 7A of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/595, “the 2015 Order”), which makes provision about the form, timing, additional content, determination and appeals against refusal, or non-determination, of biodiversity gain plans.
