The Planning (2011 Act) (Commencement No.3) and (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016
This Order amends the Planning (2011 Act) (Commencement No.3) and (Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 in relation to the transitional arrangements for revocation or discontinuance orders issued by the Department prior to the transfer of responsibility for the majority of planning decisions to councils.
