The Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Act 2026 (Commencement) Regulations 2026
These Regulations appoint 1 October 2026 as the day on which the remaining provisions of the Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Act 2026 (“the Act”) come into force. The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 25 March 2026. Sections 12, 13, 14 and 15 came into force the day after Royal Assent.
