The Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025
This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) Order 2007. It updates the marine area for which local authorities are designated as planning authority in respect of marine fish farm development so that these areas extend to the extent of the Scottish marine area.
