The Building Regulations (Amendment) Regulations 1995
These Regulations further amend the Building Regulations 1991 (S.I. 1991/2768) (“the principal Regulations”) in order to—amend the definition of a material change of use and the requirements relating thereto in regulations 5 and 6 of the principal Regulations; andmake drafting amendments in regulation 13A of the principal Regulations.
