The Highways Noise Payments and Movable Homes (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001:
These regulations amend the Highways Noise Payments and Movable Homes (England) Regulations 2000 by adding a definition of the “specified level” of noise which will trigger a noise payment for an eligible movable home pursuant to regulation 3(1). “L10”, “L10 (18-hour)” and “dB(A)” are all defined in regulation 2 of those Regulations.
