The Housing and Planning Act 1986 (Commencement No. 14) Order 1990
This Order brings into force on 31st March 1990 paragraphs 39 and 40 of Schedule 11 to the Housing and Planning Act 1986. These provisions relate to planning and local government matters in Scotland although the Order extends throughout the United Kingdom.
