LA 115 - Habitats regulations assessment
This document sets out the requirements for assessment and reporting of the implications, from construction, operation and maintenance, of highways and/or roads projects on European sites. These requirements accord with the relevant national legislation transposing the provisions of Council Directive 92/43/EEC, on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (Habitats Directive), and Council Directive 2009/147/EC, on the conservation of wild birds (Birds Directive).
