The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2004
These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, amend regulation 8 of, and Parts I, II and III of Schedule 1 to, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 by altering the time limit for appeals from three to six months.
