The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving Provisions) Order 2008
This Order preserves Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (“the 1997 Act”) in full force and effect notwithstanding the commencement for certain purposes of section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”). Section 2 of the 2006 Act substitutes a new Part 2 for Part 2 of the 1997 Act.
