Welsh Statutory Instrument
This Order amends Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order 1995 (“the 1995 Order”). Schedule 2 confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development. Where such rights apply, no specific application for planning permission is needed.

Northern Ireland Statutory Rule
These Regulations amend Schedule 4 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to reflect the amended modifications of the enforcement provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (“the 1991 Order”) introduced by the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003.

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 (S.I.1999/293) (“the 1999 regulations”) implemented, in England and Wales, Council Directive 85/337/EEC (“the EIA Directive”) on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment (O.J. No. L175, 5.7.1985, p.40) as amended by Council Directive 97/11/EC (O.J. No. L73, 14.3.1997, p.5). The EIA Directive was also amended by Council Directive 2003/35/EC (O.J. No. L156, 25.6.2003, p.17).

Welsh Statutory Instrument
The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 (“the 1995 Order”) specifies the procedures connected with planning applications, appeals to the Welsh Ministers and related matters so far as these are not laid down in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or related legislation.

United Kingdom Statutory Instrument
This Order further amends the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 to provide that the planning permission granted by that Order ceases at the end of 31st December 2019 rather than the end of 31st December 2017.

Welsh Statutory Instrument
This Order amends Parts 1 and 25 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (“the 1995 Order”). These Parts confer permitted development rights in respect of the erection of satellite and microwave antenna (as defined in article 1(2) of the Order). The amendments apply in relation to Wales.

Section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, section 39 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and that section as applied by section 74(3) of that Act, confer a right of appeal against an enforcement notice, a listed building enforcement notice and a conservation area enforcement notice, respectively, on a person having an interest in the land to which the enforcement notice relates or who is a relevant occupier.

These Regulations lay down the procedure and time limits in connection with the determination of an—application which has been referred to the National Assembly for Wales (“the National Assembly”) under section 77 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the Planning Act”);appeal under section 78 of the Planning Act (including where that section has been applied to tree preservation orders);appeal under section 208 of the Planning Act;application for listed building consent which has been referred to the National Assembly under section 12 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (“the Listed Buildings Act”) (other than by virtue of regulation 13(3) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (“the Listed Buildings Regulations”)), or for the variation or discharge of conditions referred to it under that section as applied by section 19 of that Act;appeal under section 20 of the Listed Buildings Act;application for conservation area consent referred, other than where the application is deemed to have been referred by virtue of regulation 13(3) of the Listed Buildings Regulations, to the National Assembly under section 12 of the Listed Buildings Act (including an application to which that section is applied by section 19 of that Act), as those sections are applied by section 74(3) of that Act;appeal under section 20 of the Listed Buildings Act, as that section is applied by section 74(3) of that Act,
