Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 27th July 1992 the following provisions of the Planning and Compensation Act 1992—section 2 (enforcement of conditions);section 4 (time-limits on enforcement action), so far as it relates to breach of condition notices;section 10 (certificates of lawful use or development);section 32 (minor and consequential amendments), so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 7 to the 1991 Act listed in Schedule 1 to this Order, and to the extent specified in that Schedule; andsection 84(6) (repeals), so far as it relates to the repeals in Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the 1991 Act specified in Schedule 2 to this Order.

Welsh Statutory Instrument
Section 54 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 imposes a duty on a local authority to prepare and maintain a care and support plan for an adult or child to whom it owes a duty to meet needs under section 35 or 37 of the Act and to prepare a support plan for a carer to whom it owes a duty to meet needs under section 40 or 42 of the Act. These Regulations make further provision about such plans.

This Order brings into force, subject to the transitional provisions in the Schedule, the following provisions of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 on the dates stated—section 5, which inserts new sections 450A, 450B and 450C in the Housing Act 1985 (loans in respect of service charges), on 13th July 1992; andsection 24(2) (consequential amendments), in so far as it relates to paragraphs 18 to 20, 27 (in part), 29, 31, 34 to 38 and 40 of Schedule 5 (Amendments to the Finance Act 1981, the Housing Act 1985 and the Local Government Act 1985), on 17th August 1992.

Welsh Statutory Instrument
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications and Site Visits) (Wales) Regulations 2015 in respect of fees for deemed applications and require—the Welsh Ministers to send a copy of the notice specifying the time for payment of the fee to the relevant authority at the same time as the notice is sent to the appellant;the relevant authority to notify the Welsh Ministers when the fee has been paid or if the fee has not been paid in the specified time.
