The Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No. 9 and Transitional Provision) Order 1992
This Order brings into force, on 27th July 1992, section 13 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (demolition of buildings) and section 32 of that Act (planning: minor and consequential amendments) so far as that section relates to paragraphs 10(2) and 52(2)(c) of Schedule 7 to the 1991 Act.
