The Crofters etc. Building Grants (Scotland) Regulations 1990
These Regulations revoke and replace the Crofters etc. Building Grants (Scotland) Regulations 1982. They relate to provision by the Secretary of State of assistance by way of grant towa rds the erection, improvement or rebuilding of dwellinghouses for crofters and certain other occupiers of land in the crofting counties.
