The Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Amendment Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019 (“the 2019 Regulations”), and are made in exercise of the powers in paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16).
