Planning (General Development) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996
This Order further amends the Planning (General Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 to permit, subject to certain qualifications and restrictions—a change of use of a building from Class 1 (shops) or Class 2 (financial, professional and other services) of the Schedule to the Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989 (“the 1989 Order”), to a mixed use for any purposes within either Class 1 or Class 2 and as a single flat; anda change of use from a mixed use for any purposes within either Class 1 or Class 2 of the Schedule to the 1989 Order and as a single flat to either Class 1 or Class 2 use.
