Storing waste bitumen at depots for recovery elsewhere: Low risk waste position 38
This low risk waste position (LRWP) applies if you store waste bitumen at depots for recovery elsewhere (List of Waste code 17 03 02). If you follow the conditions in this LRWP you can carry out the activity without an environmental permit for a waste operation.
