The Planning (General Development) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011
This Order amends Part 5 of Schedule 1 to the Planning (General Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993. The amendment has the effect of adding paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule to the Caravans Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 to the circumstances in which use of land as a caravan site is permitted under Part 5.
