The Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 Variation Order 1996
This Order varies the prohibition contained in article 4 of the Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 (“the 1993 Order”) which prohibits fishing for or taking freshwater fish in inland waters in the area prescribed without legal right or without written permission from someone having such a right.
