The Children (Care, Care Experience and Services Planning) (Scotland) Act 2026 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2026
These Regulations bring provisions of the Children (Care, Care Experience and Services Planning) (Scotland) Act 2026 (“the Act”) into force. The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 15 May 2026. By virtue of section 70 of the Act, that section together with sections 67, 68 and 71 came into force on 16 May 2026.
