These Regulations bring into force for inner London—sections 18, 21—23 and 72(5) of the Building Act 1984 (regulations 2(2) and (3)), andparts G4 (sanitary conveniences) and H (drainage and waste disposal) of the Building Regulations 1985 (regulation 2(1) and Schedule 2),
